Is the CELPIP Listening practice test free?
Yes. Listening Exam 1, the full six-part timed mock with real audio, is auto-scored and free, and you can try two practice questions per part free. Additional listening mocks are a Premium feature.
Does the listening audio play only once?
Yes, just like the real test. Each part's audio plays once, then the questions appear. The recordings are original multi-voice audio matching the official CELPIP Listening format.
What is on the CELPIP Listening test?
Six parts: Problem Solving, a Daily Life Conversation, Information, a News Item, a Discussion, and Viewpoints, for 38 scored questions. Official section timing is 46 to 55 minutes and may include unscored items. Our mocks contain 38 questions; each exam card shows its practice timer.
Can I practise one listening part at a time?
Yes. Alongside the full mock, you can drill a single part on its own from the listening practice questions page, with real audio and an instant auto-score.
Use your listening result to choose the next drill
After your mock, note which part cost you the most answers. Was it a missed detail, the speaker's opinion, or a change of plan? Practise that part and write down what made the correct answer fit. Then try another timed mock to check your progress.
